This seminar presents an overview of concepts and skills that are core to leadership development. Learners will explore topics such as their own leadership style, critical skills to lead a team, and consider their sphere of influence to create positive change in their organization. Learners will have the opportunity to identify leadership skills that will lead to positive results.
