Course Details

This course is offered on contract only. For those interested in exploring contract options please contact csjcustomized@jibc.ca. The ability to assert yourself with respect and sensitivity is key to achieving outcomes that work for you. Effective assertion can be especially difficult to maintain in conflict situations rather than overreacting or selling yourself short. This session will introduce assertion concepts and skills in a variety of challenging situations and will give you an opportunity to practice improving and maintaining an assertive style under pressure.
