Course Details

This advanced course builds on Negotiation Fundamentals to apply an interest-based approach to more complex, context driven negotiations. You will learn about negotiator assertiveness and style, identifying and responding to competitive tactics, assessing power dynamics, and resolving impasses.

Registration in this course is limited to students enrolled in the Certificate in Collaborative Conflict Resolution OR Conflict Resolution: Specialization in Mediation/Third-Party Intervention OR Conflict Resolution: Specialization in Negotiation Program.
