Advanced Negotiation: Problem Solving Under Pressure

This advanced course builds on Negotiation Fundamentals to apply an interest-based approach to more complex, context driven negotiations. You will learn about negotiator assertiveness and style, identifying and responding to competitive tactics, assessing power dynamics, and resolving impasses.

Registration in this course is open to students enrolled in the Certificate in Collaborative Conflict Resolution .

About Role-Plays: This course includes small-group, coached role-plays on the final day of the course.
Role-plays and coach feedback will be recorded for your reflection and review.

Online delivery: The live online delivery of this course is scheduled from 8:30AM to 4:30PM each day, with both live video conferencing and self-access learning blocks.
