Building and Participating on a CISM Team

In this course learners will gain the knowledge and skills required for building and participating on a Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) team. Participation on a CISM team involves assessing and selecting the appropriate intervention for the response. The course content will include the importance of team participation, as well as how to structure and lead an effective CISM team that provides ethical, trauma informed support within an organization.
