Maintenance After Treatment: a Program For Sexually-Motivated Offences

This course trains probation officers to facilitate the Maintenance After Treatment (MAT) program in order to reinforce concepts learned in sex offence treatment, review and modify self-management plans, and support individuals supervised for sexually motivated offences as they practice these skills and strategies in the community. Participants will develop and enhance their group facilitation skills and learn about the principles and approaches used in delivering the program with BC Corrections.
