Course Details

This course provides experienced rope rescue team members with knowledge and skills to prepare for, manage, and lead a DCTTRS rope rescue operation. The course focuses on pre-planning, team training, scene assessment/size-up, risk assessment and management, team organization and management, field application of rope systems, critical thinking, and leadership in DCTTRS rescue operations. This course includes both online and field activities to develop knowledge and assess skills.

  • EMRG-1200, & EMRG-1738 OR EMRG-1739, & EMRG-1660
